      随着农村经济社会的快速发展,部分地区农网供电能力不足的问题凸显,台区低电压现象严重。针对目前低电压治理缺乏系统性和针对性的问题,提出一种基于改进TOPSIS的台区低电压治理措施优选评价方法,首先构建了台区电压评估指标体系,并以电压指标改善率评估台区电压的改善效果;在传统TOPSIS方法的基础上,基于层次分析将专家经验量化为相应的特征向量,并引入目标决策矩阵形成方案集的正、负理想解,通过计算各项治理措施与正、负理想解的距离及相对贴近度,判断方案的电压改善效果。对存在低电压问题的某地区实际台区进行分析,算例结果验证了本文所提方法的有效性。

      With the rapid economic and social development in rural areas, the shortage problem of power supply has been highlighted in some areas and the low voltage phenomenon in distribution network region is serious. In view of the current issues that low voltage control measures are lacking of systematic and targeted, this paper proposes an optimized evaluation method of low voltage control measures in distribution network region based on improved TOPSIS. Firstly, the voltage evaluation index system of distribution network region is constructed, and the improvement effect of the voltage is evaluated by the voltage index improvement rate. Based on the traditional TOPSIS method, the experts’ experience is quantified into the corresponding eigenvector by using AHP, which is then introduced into the positive and negative ideal solutions of target decision matrix. By calculating the distance and relative closeness between schemes and positive or negative ideal solutions, the voltage improvement effect can be judged. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective by analyzing a distribution network region with low voltage problems.
