      针对未来电动汽车规模化运行及可再生能源发电的间歇性给主动配电网带来了的诸多问题,提出考虑电动汽车充放电的主动配电网储能优化配置模型,以主动配电网的经济运行成本最小为导向,加入经济补偿费用以鼓励用户参与主动配电网的经济调度,在电动汽车的3种运行模式即随机充电、有序充电、与电网互动(vehicle to grid, V2G)运行模式下,通过改进粒子群算法求解得到电池储能装置的最优位置、容量及额定功率,用改造的IEEE33作为算例模型来验证算法及模型的合理性。

      For future electric vehicles scale operation and intermittent renewable energy generation for the active power distribution network has brought many problems, put forward and the electric car of the active power energy storage optimization allocation model, the minimum cost for economic operation of the active power distribution network as the guide, to join the economic compensation to encourage users to participate in active power economic dispatch, namely three kinds of operation mode of electric cars, random charging, charging in an orderly way, and interact with the grid (vehicle to grid, V2G) operation mode, the battery energy storage device is obtained by improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the optimal location, capacity, and the rated power, using modified IEEE33 model as a numerical example to verify the rationality of the algorithm and model
