      提出定量评估配电系统可再生能源消纳能力的指标——待消纳占比。首先建立起计算可再生能源机组输出最佳功率的消纳优化模型。考虑当地的机组出力上限、负荷水平、网架结构和允许潮流等约束条件下,使得可再生能源机组出力尽量足、耗量尽量低、利润尽量高。其次,定义评估指标,并做定量分析。指标比较消纳优化模型的结果与实际电量的差异。基于指标,从消纳能力所涉及的电网经济性、安全性和固有特性三方面分析。最后,采用异于常规迭代算法的求解步骤推导指标的显式表达式,结合算例给出指标结果和评估分析,说明其合理性、简便性和可操作性。
英文摘要:
      Research the quantitative evaluation of the renewable energy in distribution network. First of all, establish the optimization model to calculate the best output power consumption of renewable energy units. Taking into account the local unit output ceiling, load level, grid structure, power flow as well as other constraints, making the renewable energy unit output as large as possible, the consumption as low as possible while the profits as high as possible. Secondly, define the assessment indicators and analyze them around the index. Evaluate the results of comparison on the results of the optimization model with the actual power. Based on the indicators, the consumption capacity involves the power grid economy, security and inherent characteristics of the system. Finally, an explicit expression of the index is derived from the solution without using the conventional iterative algorithm. The rationality, simplicity and operability of the index are given.
