With the application of DC fast charging technology,DC metering is gradually replacing the traditional AC energy metering in the DC rechargeable electrical energy trade settlement.It is known that the output of the DC charging piles have the characteristics of high voltage and high current and both of them have ripple at the same time.the impact of ripple on the accuracy of DC metering in high-power working environment was not token into account in the traditional DC energy measurement.Based on the principle of DC output of the charging piles,the errors of the different algorithms on high power DC metering with ripple are studied and analyzed according to the characteristics of the output ripple of the DC charging piles and the principle of the DC energy meter or DC metering module.And finally,a standard source and a standard table are used to verify the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, and the influence of the DC ripple on the DC metering is determined quantitatively.It provides basis for the DC charging energy measuring accurately,the DC measurement algorithm optimizer and improving the design of DC meter for the field of electric vehicle charging.
