      分析电力运维系统的需求,实现对配用电一次、二次设备的运维检修管理,包括运行维护管理、故障诊断与处理、运行维护信息、检修管理、运检流程管理等;系统客户端采用html+bootstrap建立前端平台,以Rest API[1,2,3]方式提供运维应用服务,服务器端由Node JS和时序数据库共同构建分布式服务作为运维数据服务支撑平台;系统可有效提升电力运维效率,控制电力设备异常事件数量,提高电力运维集约化水平,保障电力系统基础设施的安全、连续、可靠运行。
英文摘要:
      Analysis of the needs of power operation and maintenance system to achieve the allocation of electricity once, the secondary equipment maintenance operation and maintenance management, including operation and maintenance management, fault diagnosis and processing, operation and maintenance information, maintenance management, inspection process management; Using Html + Bootstrap to establish the front-end platform to provide the operation and maintenance service with the Rest API [1, 2, 3] way. The server side constructs the distributed service as the support platform of the operation and maintenance data service by the Node JS and the time series database; the system can effectively enhance Power operation and maintenance efficiency, control the number of abnormal power events, improve the level of power operation and maintenance to ensure the safety of power system infrastructure, continuous and reliable operation.
