      本文根据国内运行的智能电能表大面积出现失电故障,对已经出厂的智能电能表进行有针对性的试验检测研究。以电池失能为突破点,通过特定的电池检测方法,获得真实有效的试验数据。根据试验结果进行科学分析论述,找出智能电能表失电故障根源,并遵循客观实际条件,提出两项改进措施方案,以杜绝智能电能表失电故障的继续扩大漫延。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the power failure of smart meter is widely appearing in domestic. Some targeted research and test is done for smart meters which are manufactured out of factory. Battery power loss is considered as a break point for research and the actual and effective data can be obtained through certain detection methods. Scientific analysis is described according to the test results. In this paper, the cause of power failure of smart meter is found and two improvement measures are suggested following objective conditions in order to eliminate extension of power failure of smart meter.
