      以微电网典型结构与设备组成为基础,研究微电网运维调控操作方案并开发其应用。本文主要分析了微电网运维调控的基本单元及特性,围绕关键设备投切、运行模式切换和黑启动,建立规范化、合理化及实用化操作方案。所建立的运维调控方案包括关键设备操作模型和微电网运维操作流程,并与现场数据和监控画面相结合,开发了微电网运维调控操作仿真平台。该平台在浙江省某岛屿微电网示范应用,实现了与微电网运维调控培训仿真系统、运行调度优化模块和能源管理优化模块的协同配合,从而有效增强微电网运行的安全性和可靠性。
英文摘要:
      Based on the typical structure and electrical equipment of microgrids, this paper presents an operation and regulation manipulating scheme and develops its application. The research mainly analyzes the basic units and their characteristics of microgird operation and regulation, and establishes a standardized, reasonable and practical manipulating scheme. The scheme focuses on three kinds of microgrids’ manipulations, i.e. key equipment switching, operation mode switching and black start. The scheme builds detailed operation models for key equipment and presents the procedures of the typical manipulations. Based on the combination of the presented scheme, the field data and monitoring screen, an operation and regulation manipulating simulation platform for microgrids is developed. This simulation platform is deployed to the microgrid of an island in Zhejiang Province, which realizes the cooperation with training simulation system, operation dispatching optimization module and energy management optimization module. The application demonstrates that the scheme and the related system effectively enhance the safety and reliability of microgrid operation.
