      电网具有极为丰富的数据资源,同时电网本身具有天然的地理空间分布特性,电网空间信息的表达,及其与业务数据资产的深度融合及可视化展现,是电网大数据及智能电网建设的一项重要课题。电力三维GIS技术,以空间信息表达和多源数据异构融合为特点,能有效的辅助电网建设管理及宏观决策。本文以西南电网数据资产的梳理及可视化展示应用为研究目标,论述了基于三维GIS平台下电网数据资产可视化系统的设计及实现过程,并在此基础上,分析探讨了电网数据资产三维可视化系统,在工程数字化、规划建设、运行检修、应急调配等领域的应用场景。
英文摘要:
      The power grid has extremely rich data resources, and the power grid itself has the distribution characteristics of natural geographical spatial. The expression of the grid spatial information, and the deep integration with its business data assets and the visual presentation have been an important subject of the large grid data and in the construction of the intelligent electric grid. The power of 3D GIS technology, characterized by spatial information expression and heterogeneous multi-source data fusion, can effectively assist the construction 、management and macro decision-making of power grid system. This paper which aims at sorting out the grid data assets of Southwest and researching the visual display applications, has discussed the design and implementation process of the grid data assets visualization system based on 3D GIS platform. And on this basis, this paper analyses and discusses the application scenarios of the 3D visualization system of the grid data assets in the areas of digital engineering, planning and construction, operation maintenance, emergency deployment.
