      输电线路作为电力网中重要的组成部分,其时常出现的掉线等事故严重影响了电力系统的安全运行,经过事故后分析该原因多为输电线路上电力金具压接质量不符合规程要求。为了预防此类事故的发生,很有必要对输电线路上金具的压接质量检测方法进行研究。本文首先提出了利用X射线探察作为无损检测手段;然后,基于X射线检测探伤理论和实际输电线路的检测工况,对该检测装置进行了结构设计;最后,利用这套装置对典型压接质量缺陷进行了验证,并且可以清晰、直观、可视化的展现出各种典型压接质量缺陷。这个装置实现了高压输电导线金具压接质量检测,为预防因输电线路压接质量不佳而产生的事故发挥了重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      As an important part of the power grid, the frequent dropped calls and other accidents of transmission line seriously affected the safe operation of power systems, and the mostly analyzed reason of accidents is that the quality of pressure fittings of transmission lines do not meet the regulatory requirements. In order to prevent the occurrence of such accidents, it is necessary to study the detection method of crimping quality of the fittings on transmission lines. First of all, this paper presents the use of X-ray detection as a means of non-destructive testing; then, based on the theory of X-ray detection and the actual transmission line detection conditions, the structure of the detection device is designed; finally, the typical crimp quality defects are verified by this device, and various typical crimp quality defects can be displayed clearly, intuitively and visually. This device has realized the quality inspection of the crimping quality of the high-voltage transmission wire fittings, and played an important role in preventing the accidents caused by poor quality of the transmission line crimping.
