      文中将黑启动过程中的多级长线路独立处理,详细分析了不同运行方式下故障及空载长线路产生充电过电压时系统的序量分布特点,给出了一种基于输电线路计算序电流的幅值和方向比较的线路保护方法。该方法首先根据母线序电压的幅值特点形成有效的启动判据,根据不同的启动结果选定疑似故障线路;再利用故障时由线路两端序电流计算得到的线路中点计算序电流的幅值和方向特点形成两个综合判据,具体确定故障线路。该保护方法不仅能够识别各种故障,且能在空载长线路产生充电过电压时不误动。该保护方法在单电源运行方式时起主保护作用,其他运行方式下作为后备保护,保证系统各种运行方式下安全有效运行。
英文摘要:
      With dealing with the independent processing of multi-level long circuit in the process of black start, the distribution characteristics of the sequence voltage and the sequence current of the system under different operation modes are analyzed in detail. It proposes a fault identification method in this paper. The method selects likely fault buses by comparing buses sequence voltage. Then the fault identification method on comparison of amplitude and incidence matrix of sequence current calculated by sequence voltage and current and line parameter is proposed to judge the position. This algorithm needn’t to setting again. It could be immune to various complex conditions and it can not be mistakenly operated when the over-voltage generated by the charging of the no-load line. This fault identification algorithm can be used as backup protection in the normal system and it also can be setted as main protection in the single supply mode of black-start system.
