      本文以大规模新能源接入、电动汽车等柔性负荷为研究背景,建立电动汽车负荷调度模型,以系统发电成本和配电网安全稳定运行为优化目标,对含有电动汽车的柔性负荷调度模型建立含多目标优化的协调调度模型。本文采用基于ELM的改进遗传算法对协调调度模型求解,通过双目标的对比分析,求得与实际情况相近的最优解。最后通过算例验证的结论指出:适当增加电动汽车规模可有效降低发电成本,更好地发挥削峰填谷、调节供需平衡的作用;通过协调以电动汽车为代表的柔性负荷规模可以得到更为优化的调度策略。
