      通过为风电场配置大容量电池储能系统,使其能够作为电网的黑启动电源,对于提高局域电网在故障后的恢复速度具有重要作用。以呼伦贝尔电网为研究对象,提出一种为其大良风电场配置电池储能系统的方法,以能利用所建储能型风电场启动附近东海拉尔电厂的热电机组。该方案从电池模块的额定容量与功率极限、能量转换系统的容量三个方面对电池储能系统进行配置。评估热电机组启动过程中各阶段所需时间,对储能型风电场带动热电机组启动的过程进行仿真,以获得电池储能系统的功率输出曲线;通过对储能系统的有功功率曲线进行积分获得电池模块相对于其初始状态的累计能量输出,根据荷电状态的设定范围计算电池模块额定容量的最小值;进一步考虑初始荷电状态范围对配置电池模块额定容量的影响,以配置电池模块容量的成本最小化、初始荷电状态范围最大化为目标,采用线性加权和法构建电池模块额定容量的双目标优化模型,通过模型求解获得电池模块额定容量。根据电池储能系统有功和无功功率输出最大值,确定电池模块的最大充放电功率和能量转换系统中逆变器的容量;最后,通过仿真计算表明,利用所提电池储能系统配置方法与方案能够有效降低储能系统的配置成本。
