      变频调速系统中要精确地实现矢量控制,需要对三相定子侧电压和直流母线电压进行实时测量,以便对电机参数进行辨识。为了防止被测电压串入控制器的弱电系统中,需要对被测强电进行隔离。本文基于高精度线性模拟光耦器件HCNR201设计了一款具有隔离功能的电压检测电路,并封装在15×32mm的PCB板上。实测表明,该电压隔离检测电路具有良好的线性度,能够安全、准确地应用于交流变频调速系统中进行电压的隔离检测。
英文摘要:
      In order to accurately realize vector control and the identification of motor parameters in Variable-Frequency Speed Regulating System, the three-phase stator voltage and DC bus voltage have to be measured in real time. In order to prevent the voltage from being put into the controller"s weak current system, it is necessary to isolate the tested power. Voltage detection circuit with isolation function was designed based on the high precision linear analog optical coupling HCNR201, and it was enclosed in the PCB board of 15 by 32mm. The test results show that the voltage isolation detection circuit is of good linearity and can be applied safely and accurately in ac frequency conversion speed regulating system.
