      低压配电系统直接影响着生产生活供电的可靠性,进行线路故障预防和检测是不可缺少的工作。传统的检测方式需要将电表直接接入待测电路,影响待检电路结构,还存在着一定的安全隐患。文章针对低压配电系统提出一种非接触的排查技术,基于耦合电容对信号采样以及对采样信号的处理,实现对电缆错接和损伤的非接触检测并进行了实验验证。为实现系统化、智能化的线路排查奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      The reliability of power supply for production and life depends on the low-voltage distribution system. The line fault prevention and detection is an indispensable work. Traditional detection methods are to directly access to the meter circuit under test, which would lead to impaction on the circuit structure and result in some security risks. A non-contact technique is presented in this paper. Based on the coupling capacitance and the processing of the signal samples, non-contact detection of the wrong line-connection and the line-damage are realized and experimentally verified, which lay the foundation of realization of systematic and intelligent line investigation.
