      可靠性在智能变电站的设计及运行维护中是重要因素。对于目前智能变电站二次保护系统可靠性评估不够完善,将智能变电站二次保护系统采取了状态划分,并基于Markov模型建立了智能变电站二次系统的可靠性的评估模型。并借助实例分析了修复率对系统故障率的影响。结果表明提高修复率可以降低智能变电站二次系统故障率,当修复率成倍变大时二次系统整体故障率降低大约30%左右,同时显性故障率下降显著,隐性故障率下降率较低。在二次系统中可以通过提高修复率来提高系统的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      Reliability is an important factor in the design, operation and maintenance of an intelligent substation. For the two time in smart substation protection system reliability evaluation system is not perfect, the two protection of intelligent substation to state division, which is based on the Markov model of the reliability evaluation of two intelligent substation system model. The influence of the repair rate on the system failure rate is analyzed by means of an example. The results show that increasing the restoration rate can reduce the two system failure rate of the intelligent substation, and thus improve the reliability of the system.
