      针对高压电能计量装置校验中无法测量整体误差的问题,设计了一套高压电能计量装置现场校验系统。该系统通过在高压侧安装电压互感器和电流互感器,并基于射频同步技术将测量数据发送到低压侧数据接收终端的方法,实现了高压电能计量装置现场校验整体误差的测量。经实际测试,该套高压电能装置现场校验系统能够在不停电条件下对10kV~35kV高压电能计量装置进行整体校验,达到了有效评估装置计量性能、简化校验环节、减轻工作强度、降低校验安全风险、提高工作效率的目的。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the problem of measuring the overall error in the measurement of high voltage electric energy metering device, a set of high voltage electric energy metering device is designed. Through the installation of voltage transformer and current transformer in high voltage side, and frequency synchronization technology based on measurement data will be sent to the low side data receiving terminal and the method to realize the measurement of high voltage electric energy metering device field calibration error. The actual test, the high-voltage power device field calibration system can not power under the condition of 10kV ~ 35kV high voltage power metering device overall check, to achieve an effective evaluation device for metering performance, simplified checking, reduce the work intensity, reduce the check of safety risk, to improve the efficiency.
