      为了研究新疆电网合理消纳风电问题,根据新疆风电场运行实际数据,计算了反映风电自然特性的日出力变化率、相关性、同时率、波动性及间隙性等出力特性量化指标,采用概率统计法分析了新疆风电场/群的出力特性,分析表明:新疆风电出力水平较高,出力变化速率不大,风电出力的波动频率小,新疆各风电场的同时率较高,间歇率小,破坏性风速较少,风电的可利用率高,最后讨论了风电出力特性指标的应用。本文的分析结果为新疆电网更好地消纳利用风电,制定风电出力的控制原则提供了思路及方法,同时也为进一步做好风电这种不稳定电源的发展规划提供了参考。
英文摘要:
      For studying wind power accommodation problem in XinJiang grid, based on actual operating data of wind farms in Xinjiang, calculated the quantitative indicators of reflecting the wind power nature statistics which include change rate of power output, correlation between wind farms, simultaneity factor of each wind farm, fluctuation characteristics and intermittent characteristics. Power output characteristics of Xinjiang wind farm/cluster were analyzed by probability statistics method. Results show that wind power in Xinjiang has relatively high output with less change rate and small fluctuation,high simultaneity factor and low intermittent factor and less destructive wind speed,high utilization ratio. Lastly, application of wind power output characteristic index was discussed in this paper. Applying study results of this paper, the ideas and approaches for accommodating wind power and establishing wind power output control philosophy were provided, and also the reference for the future development planning of wind power of the unstable power supply was proposed.
