      针对目前级联H桥STATCOM存在的结构的冗余度较低;采用IGBT时成本较高;控制系统与触发系统的电源较为复杂;系统信息传递由于隔离的需要,必须选用光纤通信,研究并设计了一款基于STM32分布控制的级联H桥STATCOM装置。文中介绍了该装置基本拓扑结构与控制系统的实现原理;采用低次谐波最小法原则计算出每个H桥中MOSFET的开通关断时间,实现拟合正弦波输出。分布控制部分由意法半导体公司的STM32系列芯片作为控制芯片,控制各H桥的触发、信息采集并将信息传递给作为主机的DSP芯片;在EMTP电力系统电磁暂态分析仿真软件中搭建了12H桥级联的仿真模型,仿真结果表明了设计的正确性和可靠性。另外,还设计了12H桥级联STATCOM的实验装置,该装置实现了设计功能,验证了文章内容的可行性。#$NL关键词: 级联H桥;STM32;分布控制;STATCOM;

      For the current cascade H bridge STATCOM the structure of the redundancy is low; the cost of using IGBT higher; control system and trigger system power supply is more complex; system information transmission due to isolation needs, must use optical fiber communication, research and design A STATCOM 32-based distributed control of the cascaded H bridge STATCOM device. In this paper, the basic topology of the device and the realization principle of the control system are introduced. The turn-off time of the MOSFET in each H-bridge is calculated by the principle of low-order harmonic method, and the sine wave output is realized. Distributed control part of the STM32 series chip by STMicroelectronics as a control chip to control the trigger of each H bridge, information collection and information transmitted to the host as the DSP chip; EMTP power system in the electromagnetic transient analysis software to build a 12H Bridge cascade simulation model, the simulation results show the design of the correctness and reliability.
