      随着变电站自动化水平的提高和智能化的普及,设备运行的安全性受到越来越高的重视,变压器套管末屏放电带电检测技术不足的问题日益凸显。针对目前这一问题,研究了一套操作简单、适于巡检的便携式套管末屏放电带电检测装置,该装置采用实时非接触探测放电信号的方法,通过观察信号波形、放电量大小和频谱变化判断故障的发生与否,从而能够及时精确地发现故障位置。详细阐述了该装置的软硬件结构和软件关键原理,同时实验研究出使用该装置对末屏放电诊断的综合方法,为放电缺陷的带电巡检提供了技术支撑,对保障变压器安全稳定运行具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      With the improvement of the automation level of substation and the popularization of intelligentization, the security of equipment operation has been paid more and more attention.The problem of the deficiency in discharged live detection technology of transformer bushing tap is becoming more and more obvious. Aiming at the present problem, the paper developed a set of portable bushing up discharge live detection device which is ease of operation and tour-inspection suited. The device adopts the method of real-time non-contact detection and discharge singals, and detect faults through observing signal waveform, size of energy discharge and spectrum changes, so as to detect faults accurately and timely. In this paper, the hardware structure and software key principle of the device were described in detail. At the same time, a comprehensive method for the diagnosis of the test tap to discharge is studied. It is of great significance to provide technical support for the electric inspection of discharge defect and ensure the safe and stable operation of transformer.
