      随着飞速发展的分布式发电逐步走进万千用户家庭,传统电能计量模式已不再适用于所有的微电网系统,特别是对含风光储一体化分布式电源的小型微电网系统。针对这一问题,提出了一种新型电能计量模式,在提高计量的准确性的同时还有效解决了窃电骗补的问题。基于PSCAD软件对一个典型的风光储一体化微网系统进行仿真分析,验证了计量模式的可行性和准确性。
英文摘要:
      As distributed generation being increasingly used in micro-grid system, the traditional electrical energy measurement pattern is no longer applies to all micro-grid systems, especially the wind-PV-ES hybrid power generation. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a new electric energy metering mode, which improve the accuracy of the measurement and effectively solve the power theft problem. The simulation results based on PSCAD verified the feasibility and accuracy of this measurement pattern.
