      随着电能表工作环境的不断变化,电能表动态检测方法显得越来越重要。本文基于电能表测试和检定的基本原理,剖析电能表动态测试的独特之处以及所存在的关键问题,进而提出有效的动态测试方法,为后续动态测试方案的实现奠定理论基础,进一步推动电能表动态特性测试及检定的标准化和规范化,为彻底摸清电能表动态误差特性、提高其动态误差性能提供技术指导方向。
英文摘要:
      With the constant change of the working environment of the electric energy meter, the dynamic detection method of the electric energy meter becomes more and more important. Based on the basic principle of testing and verification of electric energy meter, this paper analyzes the unique characteristics of dynamometer test and the key problems, and puts forward an effective dynamic testing method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the realization of dynamic testing scheme, and further promote the standardization and standardization of the testing and verification of the dynamic characteristics of the watt-hour meter, and provide a direction for improving the dynamic error performance of the watt-hour meter.
