      为提高系统数据库储存的用户日电量数据的准确性和质量,提出一种实时在线的用户电量数据修正方法。该方法结合改进外推法和基于最小二乘法的二次修正,实时在线修正电量数据并储存到数据库。首先,通过提取当前日期的相似日电量数据计得电量数据的纵向变化和对应的权重因子;然后结合当前电量数据的横向变化,进行电量数据的修正;同时采集到正确数据时利用最小二乘法对符合二次修正原则的数据进行二次修正;最后将电量数据及其对应的标识位储存于数据库。文中采用武汉某地区居民用户的日电量数据检验方法的有效性,结果表明该方法在一定程度上提高了电量数据的质量。
英文摘要:
      To improve the accuracy and quality of consumer daily power data in system database, a real time on-line method for modification of consumer power data is proposed. The method combines the improved extrapolation and secondary modification based on the least square method to quickly modify the power data on-line and store it in the database. Firstly, the method obtains the longitudinal changes and the corresponding weighting factor by extracting the similar daily electricity data of the current date and then combined with the lateral changes of the current power data to modify the power data. Finally, the least square method is used for the secondary modification of the power data which conforms to the principle of the secondary modification. The daily power data of a consumer in Wuhan is adopted to validate the effectiveness of the method and the results show that the quality of power data is improved to a certain extent.
