      本文利用青海省建立的光伏系统及平衡部件并网光伏电站2016年10月~2017年1月发电量数据资料,以直流发电量、系统效率和弱光效应为研究点,采用归一化、线性回归分析等数据处理方法,对实证平台采集的数据进行了对比分析,评估了11种组件在青海地区的发电特性。结果表明:11种光伏组件中,单晶硅光伏组件的单位平均日发电量最高,可达5.39kWh/kW;传统的单晶硅、多晶硅光伏组件发电量高于薄膜类型的光伏组件;同等条件下,晶硅组件的系统发电效率要优于其他类型的组件;弱光效应对11种组件的发电量影响差异不大。
英文摘要:
      This paper uses different methods, such as normalization, linear regression analysis and other data processing methods, to evaluate and compare 11 kinds of components’ power generation characteristics in Qinghai area, which is based on several impacts, such as the points of DC power generation, efficiency of system and low light effect of the subassembly. The results show that the average daily power generation of mono-crystalline silicon PV module is the highest in 11 kinds of PV modules, which can reach 5.39kWh / kW. Traditional mono-crystalline silicon, poly-crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules generate more power than thin film type PV modules. Comparing with other photovoltaic modules, the crystalline silicon photovoltaic module has higher power generation efficiency under the same condition. Concerning 11 kinds of components, the weak light effect has little impact on the power generation.
