      针对现有磁调制式直流传感器材料和结构上的不足,本文提出了一种新型磁调制式直流漏电流传感器。该传感器使用铁基纳米晶材料做磁芯,基于磁调制LR振荡器,通过检测绕组端电压的脉冲宽度变化,实现对直流漏电流大小和方向的测量。用两个反相绕在同一磁芯上的线圈进行差分的方法,来抑制零点漂移的产生,提高系统的稳定度。在仿真软件PSPICE中建立了磁调制传感器的模型。对磁调制直流传感器模型的仿真分析为后续基于铁基纳米晶的磁调制传感器的设计提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      In view of the shortage of material and structure of current DC sensor, a new type of DC leakage current sensor based on magnetic modulation is proposed. The sensor uses Fe based nanocrystalline material as magnetic core. Based on magnetic modulation LR oscillator, the magnitude and direction of DC leakage current can be measured by detecting the change of voltage at the winding end and pulse width. A method of differential difference between two coils winding on the same core is used to suppress the zero drift and improve the stability of the system.The model of magnetic modulation sensor is established in the simulation software PSPICE.The simulation analysis of the DC sensor based on magnetic modulation provides the theoretical basis for the design of the DC sensor based on the Fe based nanocrystalline.
