英文摘要:
      Object-oriented interoperability data transfer protocol provides the power information collection and management system master station, acquisition terminal or power meter between the communication protocol, including communication architecture, data link layer, application layer, and interface class and its object And object identification. In order to meet the requirements of the acquisition task of energy acquisition and the consistency, standardization, reliability and flexibility of the communication protocol of the acquisition system, the domestic and foreign energy meter is used to study the communication protocol of the intelligent power grid. Communication protocol architecture and rights management method, combined with the characteristics of the domestic smart energy meter to study the object-oriented interoperable data exchange protocol in the application of the energy meter, according to the agreement rules to expand and customize the data items, The definition of flexible configuration of the function, accurate and efficient collection of site users need information to meet the needs of the next generation of smart energy meter development. It has certain reference value for evaluating the interoperability and extensibility of the communication protocol of the energy meter.
