      According to the current urban power supply capacity, the increase of the charging load of the electric vehicle will further increase the load of the grid. If the charge is not arranged reasonably, a large amount of charging load will focus on the peak load of the load, which will increase the peak and valley difference, Network loss increases, power grid utilization decreased. After considering the type of electric vehicle and the user"s charging place, according to the electric vehicle"s 100 km power consumption, charging time and characteristics, user behavior, etc., in the grid load valley period, the establishment of the user charging the least target for the orderly charging strategy, and finally By using the particle swarm optimization algorithm, the effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing the charging cost and peak - valley difference between ordered charging and disordered charging.
