      针对目前数字化电能表的溯源和检定问题尚未得到解决的现状,本文提出数字化电能表只存在数值溯源的观点并阐述了数字电能表传值不传量的理论依据;进而针对传统标准源法在实际应用中存在的问题给出了详细的描述;最后提出了一种新型的标准数字功率源法,本文还详细规定了不同情况下新型数字功率源的数值精度、施加的随机函数和谐波的设置规则以及检定步骤。这种方法有效地解决了数字化电能表的检定和溯源问题。
英文摘要:
      To solve the issue of verification and traceability of a digital energy meter, this paper presents a point of view that the traceability of the digital energy meter only involves numerical traceability and no dimension is passed. Further the theoretical basis of the view is argued. Then the paper analyzed the problems existing in the practical application of traditional standard source method. Finally, a new standard digital power source method is proposed, which can effectively solve the problem of verification and traceability of the digital energy meter. This paper also specifies the set of random functions and harmonics, the numerical accuracy of the new digital power source, and the verification procedure in different cases.
