      非同步采样是造成频谱泄露和栅栏效应的根本原因,而频谱泄露和栅栏效应是影响 DFT变换谐波测量精度的主要原因。因此采样方法的准确性至关重要。针对传统采样法上存在的误差问题。为此,本文提出了一种改进后的的双速率同步采样法,该方法在使用传统的采样间隔补偿方法抑制周期信号产生的周期误差后,对补偿后残留下来的误差进行分析,比较残留误差与定时器分辨率Td的大小关系,从而做进一步的补偿,再用均根方值算法进行处理,这样就更有效的减小了误差。最后,仿真结果验证了本文所提方法的有效性。

      Non synchronous sampling is the cause of spectral leakage and fence effect, and the spectral leakage and fence effect is the main factor influencing the DFT transform harmonic measurement precision. So it is very important for the accuracy of sampling method. The problem of the error of the traditional method for sampling, this paper proposes an improved double speed synchronous sampling the method, periodic error suppression method of periodic signal generated in the sampling interval using the traditional compensation method, the residual error compensation is analyzed, comparing the residual size error of timer resolution Td, so as to make further compensation, make the RMS spectrum, thus more effectively reduces the error at last, the simulation results verify the validity of the proposed method.
