      为了实现无轴承异步电机转子径向位移的自传感检测,研究了一种基于高频信号注入法的转子位移估算方法。基于转矩绕组和悬浮绕组之间的互感变化规律,通过在转矩绕组注入脉振高频电压信号,提取悬浮绕组中的高频感应电流信号,再经解调处理,估算出转子的径向位移信号,并据此设计了转子径向位移估计器。最后,进行了无轴承异步电机无位移传感器控制系统的仿真验证和分析。系统仿真实验结果表明:可以实现转子径向位移的可靠估算,能在无径向位移条件下实现无轴承异步电机的稳定悬浮运行控制。
英文摘要:
      In order to realize rotor radial displacement self sensing detection of bearingless induction motor, in this paper, a radial displacement estimation method based on high frequency signal injection method is studied. According to the mutual inductance variation between the torque winding and suspension winding, by injecting fluctuating high frequency voltage signal into torque winding, the induced high frequency current signal in suspension winding is detected, after demodulation to estimate the radial displacement signal of the rotor, and design the rotor radial displacement estimator; then the system simulation verification and analysis of the displacement sensorless control system are made. The simulation results show that the high frequency signal injection method can effectively estimate the radial displacement of the rotor and can realize the motor steady operation without displacement sensor.
