      风电功率波动率是并网考核的重要内容之一,并网功率波动率过高将影响电力系统正常运行,基于传统混合储能系统,提出了一种“一组超级电容器+三组蓄电池”组成的新型混合储能系统。其中,超级电容器用于平抑高频功率波动,两组蓄电池作为充放组用于交替平抑低频正、负功率波动,另外一组蓄电池作为补充组,当充放组蓄电池达到满充、满放时接替其工作。在计及蓄电池寿命损耗的基础上,建立了储能系统成本模型。仿真分析表明本方案可实现风电功率波动率的优化,且相较于对比方案,本方案可有效提高蓄电池使用寿命从而降低成本投资。
英文摘要:
      Wind power fluctuation rate is one of the most important contents of grid assessment. High fluctuation of power will affect the normal operation of system. A new hybrid energy storage system consisting of "a set of super capacitor + three sets of battery " is established based on the traditional hybrid energy storage system. Super capacitor used to stabilize high-frequency power fluctuations, the two batteries as a charge-discharge group to stabilize the low-frequency power fluctuations, the other battery as a supplementary group, when any group reached the lower limit or the upper limit, the battery worked by the battery of supplementary group. Finally, the cost model of hybrid energy storage system considering the loss of battery life is established. The data simulation of a wind farm shows that this scheme can optimize the fluctuation rate of wind power. Compared with the comparison scheme, this solution can effectively improve the battery life then reducing the cost of investment.
