      针对电力系统多目标规划,引入了功效系数法来弥补综合加权平均法的缺陷。基于其原理选取了发电系统总发电成本、有功网损、电压偏移量、静态电压稳定裕度作为评价指标,采用改进层次分析法确定评价指标相应的权重,建立了电力系统综合优化模型。以IEEE 14节点为例,使用改进粒子群算法对综合优化模型进行检验,研究结果表明含功效系数法的电力系统综合优化模型具备较高的可靠性和实用性。
英文摘要:
      The efficiency coefficient method is introduced to compensate the defects of the comprehensive weighted average method for multi-objective programming of power system. The principle of choosing the total power system cost, power loss, voltage offset, static voltage stability margin as the evaluation index based on the improved AHP to determine the weight of the corresponding evaluation index, the establishment of a comprehensive optimization model of power system. To IEEE 14 bus as an example, using the improved particle swarm algorithm was used to test the comprehensive optimization model, the results show that the comprehensive optimization model of power system with efficiency coefficient method has higher reliability and practicability.
