      为了满足电网海量线路量测数据实时动态参数辨识需求,提出了辨识软件自动获取线路实时量测数据进行动态参数的方法。利用输电线路模型推导了基于SCADA量测的输电线路参数辨识的数学表达式,建立了线路参数辨识模型。设计了辨识软件与EMS系统数据转发接口,以及线路建模方案。动态参数辨识在山东郓城县电网应用结果表明,所提方法有效改善了线路参数的准确度,提升了郓城电网状态估计合格率,具有较高的推广应用价值。
英文摘要:
      In order to meet the needs of real-time dynamic parameter identification of massive line measurement data in power grid, a method of identifying software to obtain real-time measured data of line dynamically for dynamic parameters is proposed. The mathematical expression of transmission line parameter identification based on SCADA measurement is deduced by using transmission line model, and a line parameter identification model is established. Design identification software and EMS system data forwarding interface, as well as the line modeling program. The application of dynamic parameter identification in Yuncheng Power Grid in Shandong Province shows that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of the line parameters and improve the passing rate of state power grid evaluation of Yuncheng with a high popularization and application value.
