      江西省现有农村配电网供电半径大,运行环境恶劣,故障率高,且对线路运行数据无法实时掌控,导致发生故障时排查困难,停电时间长,影响范围大,抢修效率低。若采用常规方式建设配电自动化系统,不仅投资大、周期长、运维要求高。本文进行了简捷经济型农配网运行状态监测与故障隔离系统方案设计,介绍了该系统的实现目标、设计原则和总体结构,详细说明了系统重要组成单元的设计和建设方案。实际运行效果表明该系统具有投资省、维护方便、操作简单等优势,可适应江西农配网现有技术装备水平及人员素质,对于提升农网运维管理水平和供电可靠性具有实用价值。
英文摘要:
      The weaknesses of existing rural distribution network in Jiangxi province, such as large feeder line radius, poor operating environment, high failure rate and the unavailable real-time operation data of the network, causes the difficulty in troubleshoot, long power outage time, large area of blackout and low efficiency of repair. Distribution automation system based on conventional mode not only has large investment and long contribution cycle, but also has high requirements of operation and maintenance. This paper designs a simple and economical operation condition monitoring and fault isolation system for rural distribution network. The aspects of the proposed system including the realization goal, design principle and the overall structure are introduced, the design and construction scheme of the key parts of the system are explained in detail. Practical operation results show that the presented system has the advantages such as small investment, easy maintenance and operation, and it accommodate the current technical equipment level and personnel quality of Jiangxi rural power grid. It has practical value in improving the operation and maintenance management and power supply reliability of rural power network.
