      分析了一起110kV变电站的主变低压侧合并单元故障引起的主变保护误动事故。通过加量试验、波形分析,并结合故障合并单元的硬件结构,确定了合并单元的故障是由FPGA芯片异常,导致采样数据的符号位被清0造成的。结合事故分析过程,介绍了故障合并单元的硬件结构,并对其设计缺陷进行了分析。
英文摘要:
      It analysed a transformer protection false action which was caused by fault transformer low voltage merging unit in a 110kV substation. By testing and analysis of wave and merging unit structure, it was confirmed that the false action was caused by abnormal FPGA which caused that the Symbol bit of Sampling data became zero.Combining the analysis of accident, the hardware structure of merging unit was introduced.And its design faults was analysed.
