      本文提出一种新型模块化多电平换流器拓扑结构。在传统模块化多电平拓扑结构基础上,将每个桥臂的一个常规子模块替换成3个新子模,新子模块电容值为常规子模块电容的2倍。并且提出相应的控制策略,新子模块电容电压为传统子模块电容电压的一半,可以将桥臂电压的电平数由N+1提高至2N+1。在此基础上采用改进型最近电平调制策略,最终将交流侧相电压电平等级提高至4N+1。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,根据本文提出的拓扑结构和控制策略搭建系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,本方法在子模块较多的情况下能有效降低硬件成本、提高供电质量。
英文摘要:
      A new modular multilevel converter topology is proposed in this paper. On the basis of traditional modular multilevel topology, a conventional sub module of each arm is replaced by 3 new sub modules, and the capacitance of the new sub module is 2 times of that of the conventional sub module capacitor. Then the corresponding control strategy is proposed. The capacitor voltage of the new sub module is half of the traditional sub module capacitor voltage, and the voltage level arm can be increased from N+1 to 2N+1. Besides, the improved Nearest Level Modulation strategy is adopted, the voltage level of the AC side phase is increased to 4N+1. Under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, the system simulation model is built according to the topology and control strategy proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the cost of hardware and improve the quality of power supply in the case of MMC with a large number of sub modules.
