The New Fault Indicator Test Platform for voltage-current isolation control is developed to improve the automation level of fault indicator test and effectively solve the problems of traditional fault indicator, such as slow testing speed and difficult to simulate fault waveforms of the distribution network under different ground conditions. The device is applied topology fusion of uncontrollable and controllable rectification and fuzzy adaptive PI control algorithm to set the parameters as voltage, current amplitude, phase, and frequency. The automatic cycle test is realized by upper computer control. The device is currently used in Jiangxi Institute of Electricity Fault Indicator Test Laboratory. The tests prove that the device not only has routine test functions for short circuit and anti-misoperation, but also has the function of accident waveform inversion.
