      提出了一种考虑实际工况任务剖面的MMC关键器件综合寿命预测方法。将浙江舟山柔直工程中某个换流站一年运行的月数据进行处理,转换为电压电流应力的任务剖面。然后,将电应力任务剖面作为输入,基于损耗计算、电热模型与寿命模型对IGBT和电容进行寿命预测,最终得到MMC综合寿命预测结果。通过以上寿命分析过程,得出了影响MMC系统寿命的关键因素。分析结果与实际运行工况基本一致。
英文摘要:
      This paper proposes a comprehensive consideration of the actual working condition of MMC lifetime prediction method .Zhoushan data run month in a year as a mission profile processing, task stress profile is converted to electricity, the electric stress task profile as input.Based on the loss calculation, the electric heating model and the life model are used to predict the life of IGBT and capacitor, and finally obtain the MMC life.It is concluded that the analysis of the key factors affecting the service life of the MMC system results consistent with the actual operation condition.
