      本文介绍了一种模块化多电平结构的冲击电压产生装置,可以替代掉Marx回路中的点火间隙,不再有同步和干扰问题。具体介绍了这种装置的组成部分,具体结构,充电方法,分析了其工作原理和调制理论。在MATLAB/SIMULINK中分别构造了Marx等效回路和等效公式来产生雷电冲击电压。然后采用载波调制,搭建基于模块化多电平的100级的冲击电压产生结构,分别用前述电压波形作为调制波形,进行跟踪比较,得到相关电压波形结果和波前时间和半峰值时间参数,证明这种结构可以产生合格的冲击电压。
英文摘要:
      This article describes an impulse voltage generating device combined of modular multi-level structure, which can replace the ignition gap in the traditional Marx circuit, avoiding the synchronization and interference problems. In this paper, the components, the specific structure, charging method, analysis of its working principle and modulation theory of this device are introduced concretely. And in the MATLAB / SIMULINK, Marx equivalent circuit and equivalent formula are built to generate the traditional lightning impulse voltage. Then, a 100-level impulse voltage generation structure based on modularized multi-level with the carrier modulation is also built, the voltage waveforms of Marx equivalent circuit and equivalent formula are respectively used as the modulation waveforms for tracking and comparison. After obtain the related voltage waveform results and front time and half-peak time parameters, it is proved that this structure can produce a qualified surge voltage.
