      针对当前低压大用户和低压工商用户的防窃电难的问题,提出了智能用电监控装置的整体设计方案和低压大用户远程监控及用电数据采集、分析方法,研发了塑壳断路器、低压电流互感器、三相电能表高度集成与一体化技术,设计了低压大用户智能用电监控装置的软件架构,研发了装置的软硬件初始化程序、通信模块程序及监测控制程序,成功研制了一款集用电监测、远程控制等功能于一体的低压大用户智能用电监控装置,实现了对低压大用户用电数据的远程监测及异常用电控制,解决了对低压大用户精细化线损分析和远程控制的难题。应用表明,该装置技术先进,使用方便,实用性强,有利于供电企业开展精细化线损管理,打击窃电行为,具有很强的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      For the problem that it is difficult to prevent the low voltage large user and low business users from stealing electricity, the paper puts forward the overall design scheme of smart electric control device and the methods of low voltage large users remote monitoring and data acquisition analysis, researches the highly integrated technology of MCCB, low-voltage current transformer, three-phase electric energy meter, designs software architecture of the low voltage large user intelligent power monitoring device, researches of hardware and software initialization program, device communication module program and monitoring control program. A set of low voltage large user intelligent power monitoring device including power monitoring, remote control and other functions is successfully developed, it realizes the remote monitoring of electrical data and the abnormal electrical control of low-voltage large users, solves the problem of low voltage large users fine line loss analysis and remote control. The application shows that the device is advanced in technology, convenient to use and practical, it is conducive to carrying out meticulous line loss management and cracking down on electricity stealing in power supply enterprises. It has strong practical value and broad application prospects.
