      智能电能表是用电信息采集系统中最主要的部分,其运行状态直接影响整个系统的运行效果,因此对智能电能表运行状态的影响因素分析很有必要。本文首先分析典型动态负荷电流游程波动特性,然后建立智能电能表的结构化与仿真模型,仿真分析给出高铁机车和炼钢电弧炉负荷电流不同游程波动特性,对智能电能表动态误差的影响,并评价了影响状态。
英文摘要:
      Smart meter is the most important part of the electricity information collection system. Its operating status directly affects the operation of the entire system. It is necessary to analyze the influencing factors of the running status of smart meter. This paper first analyzes the typical dynamic load current ripple characteristics. Establishing the structure and simulation model of smart meter. Then analyzing the impact of different run-length fluctuation characteristics of high-speed railway and steelmaking electric arc furnace load current on the dynamic error of smart electricity meter status.
