A method for the detection of voltage flicker parameters based on Teager-Kaiser energy operator and Blackman-Harris window triple spectrum line interpolation is proposed in this paper. The flicker envelope parameters are rapidly extracted by Teager-Kaiser operator, and the sidelobe characteristics of Blackman-Harris window are analyzed. In order to realize the detection and analysis of voltage flicker parameters, voltage flicker measurement process based on the IEC standard is simplified, and the envelope based on Blackman-Harris window and triple spectrum line interpolation FFT is analyzed and corrected. A large number of simulation experiments show that the influences of a single frequency of modulating, multi-frequency of modulating waveform, the fluctuations of fundamental grid frequency, harmonics and inter-harmonics influences and white noise interference, are all overcome by this approach. Compared with some conventional methods, the detection algorithm of this paper has a good performance. This algorithm is simple, stable and strong anti-interference, which can realize the real-time detection of voltage flicker parameters.
