      随着分时电价在电力市场环境下应用日趋广泛,供用双方对电能表内置时钟的准确性有了更高要求。针对当前广泛使用的费控电能表时钟不一致问题,本文提出了一种考虑费控电能表信息安全交互模式的IPTP(improved PTP, IPTP)时钟同步机制。首先,通过分析费控电能表时钟不一致的原因,给出计量自动化系统“主站-计量终端-电能表”及“主站-电能表”两种时间同步方案;然后,考虑费控电能表信息安全交互模式,提出两种费控电能表IPTP时钟同步机制;最后,利用两种IPTP时钟同步机制分析费控时钟调整效果,并与传统对时模式相比。工程试验结果表明两种方法具备较好的互补特性,结合使用能较好地实现费控电能表的时钟同步,而且对时效率和准确率高,具有广阔的应用前景。

      With the increasingly application of TOU in electricity market, the electricity meter has higher requirements for the accuracy of the built-in clock. Aiming at the problem of clock inconsistency in electricity meter based on TOU, this paper proposed a time synchronization of cost control electricity meter uncertain the information security interaction mode. Firstly, By analyzing the reason of clock inconsistency of the cost electricity meter, the “master station-metering terminal-electricity meter” and “master station-electricity meter” layered design are presented. Secondly, taking the information security interactive mode of cost control electricity meter into consideration, two time synchronization methods are proposed. Finally, the two time synchronization methods are used to analyze the clock adjustment effect of cost control electricity meter clock, and used to compare with the traditional time mode. The engineering test results show that the two proposed methods have better complementary characteristics. The combination of the two methods can achieve the clock synchronization of the power-controlled energy meter well, and have wide application prospects, which have wide application prospects.
