      电能表的性能故障和电力线路故障会导致数据统计异常,而数据的准确性直接影响着电力部门和用户的切身利益。现场智能电能表故障诊断方案能够快速、准确地检测出这些故障,从而提高数据统计的准确性。现场智能电能表故障诊断方案主要是对电能表进行通讯,快速获取电能表的各项数据,并对这些数据进行分析,从而判断出电能表和线路的常见故障。按照故障的严重程度将故障分为三类,对每一类故障进行对应的流程化处理,并将检测的数据存入数据库,可以随时进行导出分析和查看。同时将故障信息和数据上传至计量营销管理系统。最后通过大连市一个城区的实际案例,验证了该方案的实用性。以期为数据统计的准确性提供一定的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      The performance failure of electricity meter and power line fault can lead to abnormal data statistics, and the accuracy of data directly affects the vital interests of power departments and users.The fault diagnosis scheme can detect these faults quickly and accurately, thus improving the accuracy of data statistics.Field intelligent watt-hour meter fault diagnosis scheme is mainly of watt-hour meter communication, fast access to the data of watt-hour meter and analysing the data, so as to judge the watt-hour meter and the line of common failures.According to the severity of the fault can be divided into three categories, each kind of fault for the corresponding routing process, and test data in the database, can export analysis and check at any time.At the same time, the fault information and data are uploaded to the metering marketing management system.Finally, the practicability of this scheme is verified through the actual case of a city in dalian city.In order to provide some reference for the accuracy of data statistics.
