      精密可编程的熔融石英电容器在量子电容量值精密传递和电容测量仪器校准方面都有重要作用,通过同轴开关控制每个小电容单元的开闭切换,可以实现量程内任意电容值的输出。要实现准确的电容值输出,需保证每只小电容单元的电容值按线性比例变化。但是由于存在寄生电容的影响,使得实际电容值偏大于标准名义值,并且电容单元越小,误差越大。本文基于Ansoft Maxwell采用有限元静电场仿真对精密可编程电容的小电容单元进行了深入研究和分析,依据仿真结果确定了设计方案,指导实际的精密可编程小电容单元的设计与制造。
英文摘要:
      The precision programmable fused silica capacitor plays an important role in the precision transmission of quantum capacitance and the calibration of capacitance measuring instruments, the output of any capacitance value in the range can be realized by controlling the opening and closing of each small capacitor unit through the coaxial switch. However, due to the influence of parasitic capacitance, the actual capacitance value is greater than the nominal value, and the smaller the capacitance unit, the greater the error. Based on Ansoft Maxwell, the precision programmable capacitance small capacitance unit is carried on thorough the research and analysis in this paper. According to the simulation results, the design scheme are confirmed, the actual design and manufacture of precision programmable small capacitance units are decided.
