      RS485传输距离大,速率快,能够很好的抑制高噪声,是电力抄表系统通信采用的主要方式。为了检测抄表设备RS485总线的工作性能,本文设计并开发了一款面向集抄终端和智能电表接口测试的RS485总线接口性能测试仪。该测试仪由硬件和软件部分构成,具有高精度AD采样及实时数据的存储和分析功能,能够实现电表通信线工作特性精确采集和在线故障准确分析。实际测试数据表明,所测得RS485总线的各个特性参数误差在5%以内,对通信无消极影响,符合行业标准,与传统的接口性能测试方法相比,有效降低了检测时间和成本。
英文摘要:
      RS485 is a communication platform with high noise suppression capability, high efficiency transmission rate, wide transmission distance and wide common mode range, so it is used as the main communication mode of power meter reading system. In order to detect the working performance of the RS485 bus of the meter reading equipment, this paper designed and developed a RS485 bus interface performance tester for the set terminal and the intelligent meter interface test. The tester consisted of hardware and software components, with high-precision AD sampling and real-time data storage and analysis functions, to achieve accurate performance of the meter communication line and accurate analysis of online fault. The actual test data has showed that the measured parameters of the RS485 bus were less than 5%, which can meet the requirements of the intelligent bus performance test. Compared with the traditional interface performance test method, the detection time and cost were effectively reduced.
