      由于逆变模块效率特性曲线不一致性的客观存在,当前普遍采用均流控制策略的集群逆变模块系统不能达到最优效率。提出了一种采用最小二乘多项式拟合及遗传算法(GA)优化相结合的逆变模块功率分配方法。与沿用均流控制方式的并网逆变模块集群系统相比,使用该方法的并网逆变模块集群可获得最优的转换效率。文中先通过MATLAB仿真验证了该检测方法的有效性,再搭建了逆变器集群控制系统,并将两种方法分别在该平台上进行了对比验证。实验测试结果表明,采用最小二乘多项式拟合及GA优化相结合的逆变模块功率分配方法较传统均流整流逆变模块集群效率更优。对非车载充电机充电模块集群运行、并网逆变器集群运行及充电桩环流负载逆变模块功率分配具有实用价值。
英文摘要:
      For the inconsistency of efficiency characteristic curve of the inverter module, using the average control strategy cannot achieve the optimal efficiency. A novel method of the power allocation strategy was proposed in this paper. The genetic algorithm and the least squares method are combined to calculate the power allocation of inverter modules in the proposed method. Compared with the traditional average power allocation method, the proposed method improves the efficiency of the circulation load. Firstly, simulation results prove its validation. Secondly, an off-board charger measuring system with the circulation load was built. The proposed method and the traditional method are verified separately and compared in the off-board charger measuring system. The experiment results prove the proposed method of the genetic algorithm method and least squares has better efficiency than the average power allocation method. The method possesses the practical value for off-board charger modules、inverter cluster and off-board charger circulation load working.
