      In order to realize the objective and scientific evaluation of the smart meter software quality, the software quality evaluation model is established based on the software quality measurement technology. The metrics and quantifiable measurement method were studied. A quantitative evaluation process is established. A kind of quantitative and graded evaluation rules of software quality for the smart meter is provided.
