      变电站站用电源系统负责站内设备供电,其中交流不间断电源UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply)保证通信和监控系统的正常运行,直流操作电源保证断路器、自动装置的正确动作。分析了站用电源系统的运行检修现状,提出基于蓄电池内阻监测的状态检修方式。建立不同检修方式下站用电源系统的四状态Markov可靠性模型,仿真结果表明,状态检修能及早检测和修复故障,使系统可靠度维持较高水平。结合投用成本和失电损失,建立站用电源系统可靠性与经济性的综合费用模型,结果表明,相对站用电源系统的现行改进方案,基于蓄电池内阻监测的状态检修方案具有更好的经济性。
英文摘要:
      In the substation, the station power supply system provides electric energy to the equipment. The UPS ensures communication and normal operation of the monitoring system. The DC power supply ensures the correct operation of the automatic device and circuit breaker. The operation and maintenance of station power supply system are analyzed, condition-based maintenance based on battery internal resistance monitoring is presented. The 4 states Markov model of station power supply under different maintenance is established,result shows that the condition-based maintenance can detect and repair the failure ahead of time, and keep the system in a high reliability level. Combine investment cost with power failure cost, the economy and the reliability complex cost index of the system under different maintenance mode are simulated. Relative to the current improvement scheme of station power supply system, the condition-based maintenance have a better economic gain than traditional maintenance.
