      以往电气设备故障检测所采用的信号处理方法,提取信号特征进行故障检测,无法实现故障的区域检测,缺乏故障等级的有效判断,检测结果具有检测准确度低、结果不稳定的缺点。因此,提出基于红外成像技术的电气设备故障检测方法,其通过红外摄像仪检测电气设备红外图像的温度值后,以灰度图像替代红外图像获得阈值的强度信息矩阵,提取电气设备红外图像的灰度值。根据温度与灰度的映射关系,采用相对温差法对红外图像高温区域进行提取。基于电气设备红外图像高温区域,进行故障区域面积与故障区域质心的计算,获得红外图像的故障区域的特征,通过灰度和温度的对应关系,反推电气设备故障区域质心的温度,运用绝对温差法确定电气设备故障等级。实验结果说明:所提方法具有较高的检测准确度和稳定性。
