      为了减小电动汽车无序充电给配电网安全稳定运行带来的不利影响,提出一种基于改进鸡群算法的电动汽车有序充电策略。首先,综合考虑电动汽车用户和配电网的利益,建立以用户充电费用最小和配电网负荷峰谷差最小为目标的电动汽车充电多目标优化数学模型;在此基础上,提出一种有序充电策略,该策略将随时间推移不断滚动更新电动汽车的充电计划;其次,运用鸡群算法求解该问题,并针对标准鸡群算法中出现的易早熟,收敛精度不高等问题,引入双亲引导机制对其进行改良;最后,以某一配电网为例进行具体分析,仿真结果验证了充电策略的实用性和改进算法的有效性。
